Today training is soooooooooooooooooooooo tiring ... Can drop dead man have to jump over a dustbin black colour bigbig deh with hosea 30 times 2 sets so is 60 .... then the rest of my teammates only have to jump over their partner while they squeeze/make them look like a ball .
